The Crow's Nests are two luxury apartments atop the Pilgrim Sands on Long Beach in historic Plymouth. There are glass sliders opening onto decks on both sides of the apartments with panoramic views of the Eel River Basin, Warren Cove, and Cape Cod Bay. With our unique location on the beach, and ocean breezes off the water, there is usually no need for air conditioning, which the Crow’s Nests do not have. However ceiling fans and room fans are provided. Each apartment sleeps four persons comfortably and is non-smoking. There are no pets allowed in the apartments as well as the rest of the property.

All rates are subject to a 11.7% room tax and are quoted "per night, double occupancy", $15 per person extra. There is a 3-NITE MINIMUM based on availability with a 4-NITE MINIMUM over July 4th and Thanksgiving holidays.

The advance deposit for these bookings is 2 nights’ charge. The cancellation, booking change, & early departure notice for the apartments is twenty-one (21) days during peak season and fourteen (14) days during the rest of the year. Cancellations made with more than 21-days’ (or 14-days off-season) notice are subject to a $20 service charge. Cancellations made with less than the 21-day (or 14-day) notice will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit (equal to two (2) nights room rate for the apartment).

From December 1st through March 31st, every reservation for either of the apartments must be double booked due to the possibility of a long-term rental. During this time period, the cancellation policy is the same as a regular room. You need to be aware that up until three (3) days before the arrival date, you might get bumped from the Crow’s Nest to a room that you decide upon at the time of booking.
